Our Background
Founder and CEO Dr. Towahna Rhim (Tee) is incredibly passionate about developing authentic leaders. She has been privileged to serve as a keynote speaker for PA College of Health Sciences, is a published author, and is humbled to serve food to local homeless communities. Given Tee's passion for servant leadership, she positions herself to be sought out by others for professional and personal leadership development, coaching, and mentorship. She serves as Director of Operations for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a nationally respected healthcare system. Tee has served in healthcare for over 32 years and distinguishes herself by placing the highest emphasis of TD Rhim Consulting, on caring for the people.
